Jeepers Creepers was released in 2001. It was directed by Victor Salava and stars Justin Long, Gina Philips, Jonathan Breck.
Lastnight I decideded to watch a horror movie with my sons. I picked Jeepers Creepers. I completely forgot how good this movie is. Right from the begining the acting drew you in. Justin Long and Gina Philips are very believable as brother and sister. They play these little games and such that a brother and sister would play. The car chase scenes are very intense and at times are remeniscent of the old Mad Max movie. The truck that the Creeper drives is dark and spookey. When you see the shadowy figure of the Creeper he is very manacing. The gore is great and so are all of the special effects. The reveal of the Creepers face is very impactful. The movie overall is very solid, even though it's only been 10 years the movie is holding up very well, the acting is great the story has no obvious plot holes and the directing is good. Ufortunately the writer/director is a convicted pediphile and over all piece of shit, look him up.
I give this movie 8 out of 10 stars.
