Let Me In

Let me in was made in 2010 and is a remake of the 2008 Sweedish film Let the right one in. This film stars Kodi Smit-Mcphee, Chloe Moretz, and Richard Jenkins. It tells the story a bullied 12 year old boy and the new friend that moves in next door.
This movie was a joy to watch, it's alittle slow at times but by no means boring. It dosen't get all lovey dovey and stupid like the recent vampire movies that we've been subjected to. The acting is very good and there's plenty of gore. The one complaint that I have is that the cgi was not believable at all. The plot was very interesting. There are plenty of characters that are convincing in there roles and the director get's you to sympathize with what's supposed to be the villan. This movie works for men and women. It is shot very well and captures the desolate feel of a small empty town. I would definetly recomend this movie.
I give this movie 7 out of 10 stars.
